Craig McKown brings over two decades of practical ministry leadership to The Church Resourcing Group. As Executive Pastor and Lead Pastor of Strategy at The Bridge Church, he led a significant growth from a small community to a multisite church of several thousand. His experience includes building healthy staff cultures, implementing major transitions, and developing strategic systems for church teams. He is a grounded practitioner dedicated to helping churches build capacity through clarity and ownership, not dependency.
